Thorp is a collaborative caregiving platform designed to help families and trusted friends manage the care of a loved one more effectively. Whether your loved one is recovering from an unexpected hospitalization, living with a chronic condition, or simply in need of daily support, Thorp offers a structured space to coordinate tasks, share updates, and stay connected as a team.
This Welcome section introduces the purpose of the app, its core features, and the first steps to get started.
Coordinating care often becomes overwhelming when communication is scattered across text threads, phone calls, and calendars. Thorp simplifies this process by providing:
- Shared workspace for your caregiving group (called a “Thorp”)
- Tools to track patient details, medications, and daily routines
- A Timeline for real-time updates and support
- Reminders and Notes to keep everyone aligned
- Support for multiple patients within the same Thorp
Thorp helps reduce caregiver burnout by ensuring everyone has access to the same information and knows how they can contribute.
A “Thorp” is your dedicated care group within the app. Each Thorp includes:
- One or more patients (up to three per Thorp)
- Up to five caregivers (members) who collaborate
- A shared space for communication, reminders, and medical information
Each user can participate in multiple Thorps depending on their subscription plan.
Follow these steps to begin using Thorp:
